Lisa Stickley x DPG Doodle Book

This exclusive Doodle Book is a collaboration with Dulwich Picture Gallery and award winning designer, author and illustrator, Lisa Stickley.

Lisa has created 32 'doodle prompts' throughout the book for you to take inspiration from, re-draw or give your own twist to, which are all inspired by every aspect of Dulwich Picture Gallery, from its old masters to deck chairs on the grounds!

There are  pages to cut and collage, a small selection of (almost) blank pages for your own notes/finds/thoughts/photos. 

Lisa says "The main thing is for you to take a teeny bit of time out (when you can), to doodle, draw, colour in and FEEL BETTER...

...Drawing is a place you can go to even just for 5 minutes. It's enough of a focus to clear the mind and be totally absorbed by the process. And for this purpose it's the process that counts, not the outcome. When you give in and just let the pencil take hold, that's when the magic happens.

And you don't have to be ah expert doodler for this to be a benefit. I've seen it with my own eyes. The number one comment when folk finish a 'doodling' workshop with me is I feel so much better!"
