How do I contact you?

How do I use my friends discount?

Friends membership holders receive 10% off in the Gallery shop, please show your membership card at the till. Friends members don’t receive their discount online.

What payment types does the Gallery shop take?

We accept most major credit and debit card payments, we do not accept American Express or cash.

What payment types does the online shop take?

We accept most major credit and debit card payments, we do not accept American Express. We also accept Paypal, Shoppay, Googlepay.

SHIPPING & FEES

Can I collect my online order in the Gallery on my visit?

Yes, if you have ordered via ‘click & collect’ by selecting ‘pick up’ at the checkout. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting, for more info please see our Shipping & Returns page

Can I change my shipping address?

Please email us at shop@dulwichpicturegallery.org.uk as soon you can and we can change it. If the order has already been posted, we are unable to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to certain countries, please check our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Can I make an order for delivery to an EU country?

We have paused EU shipping whilst we navigate GPSR changes, please check our Shipping & Returns page for details.

How do you handle customs fees for international orders?

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These vary by destination, and the Dulwich Picture Gallery shop is not responsible for these charges.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

 Is everything online available in store too?

We have a wider selection of products in the Gallery Shop, however, certain items listed online may not be displayed in the shop, particularly previous exhibitions, it’s best to email shop@dulwichpicturegallery.org.uk for anything specific.

Can I buy products with exhibition images on elsewhere?

We work hard to produce bespoke products for every exhibition, therefore most products are available directly through us. Because the products are for temporary exhibitions, we need to keep stock levels limited; it’s best to buy things from us when you see them!

The product I want to buy is unavailable. Will it come back in stock?

If your product is part of a current exhibition, it may be restocked. If the exhibition has finished, it is most likely that we won’t restock that product. Please email shop@dulwichpicturegallery.org.uk for specific requests.
