Contemporary homewares brand Erskine Rose have created technicolour imagery to celebrate the Bicentenary at Dulwich Picture Gallery. Their simple yet striking designs are inspired by historic colour wheels, charts and tables. Early attempts to visually organize and make sense of colour ranged from scientific systems to theories on the hues of human emotion; these would have informed the creation of many of the Gallery’s masterpieces, as well as the distinctive palette of the walls themselves.
